Sewn into soft-to-the touch fabric, TheraBeads conform to any contour, permitting a soft fit and providing the maximum benefit from each treatment. TheraBeads eliminate the danger of exploding or overheating gel packs, electrical shock or harsh chemicals that other packs may use.

Therabeads moist heat products consist of tiny hydroscopic beads mixed with a proprietary fluid that enhances their ability to capture moisture.
When heated in a clean microwave oven, Therabeads release their retained moisture to provide pain-relieving therapeutic moist heat. Therabeads rejuvenate themselves by recovering moisture from ambient air.
(For best results, Therabeads need a 2-hour rest period between heatings.) With proper care, Therabeads can be used indefinitely.

 NOTE: Be sure your microwave is thoroughly clean! Food residues or spilled liquids can contaminate your Therabeads product, causing it to develop hot spots.
