POINTER PLUS,  LOCATOR / STIMULATOR

The Pointer-Plus is an accurate and easy-to-operate hand-held acupuncture or trigger point locator which incorporates an effective push button stimulation feature which may be used for the immediate treatment of the point or area right after its detection. 

This unique hand device, electro acupuncture stimulator, is designed to accurately and easily locate trigger points and treat them with electro stimulation. This can be done on the body and auricular points.

What is the acupuncture pointer?

The so called Miracle Needle is a micro-electronic product developed from the principle and therapy of Chinese traditional acupuncture and moxibustion and combined with the modern micro-electronic technology.

This instruction has a feature that it could locate the acupuncture point by itself. In order to enhance the conductivity, be sure that any oil or sweat on the skin at where the desired acupuncture point will be located should be cleaned off with a wet cloth. when the instrument is moving on the skin, once the desired point is located, the red indicator on the instrument sill be off while the green indicator is on and a buzz will be heard. Now the treatment could be started by moving the button.

If the acupuncture point located is correct, the normal treatment process will sufficiently take 30 seconds and there is almost mo pain during this process. It is worry free of any infections since the needle will never insert into the skin.

The instrument is a mini-pack, just as a pen, without any cords plates as one of the most remarkable advantages comparing with those ordinary electronic instrument for the same purpose.

Please note that the battery must be charged if the red and green indicators become flashing or lit at the same time, or the pulse interval become longer which indicators a sign of charging battery.

According to the clinical diagnosis this instrument could be applied to many diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, apoplexy, bronchitis, paralysis, neurasthenia, rhinitis etc.

This pen like instrument is easy for carrying around and operation. It can strengthen the power besides health protection.

This instrument is liable for its easy operation and safety. The stimulating intensity is adjustable. The current used in search mode is 1.0mA and in operation mode (treatment) is 50mA with an intensity of stimulating pulse between 105V and 230V.

For instance, if you have a headache, you have to consult with the acupuncture point chart and find out the acu-point. Once the point is located, you may start the instrument by turning the switch(5) to "ON" position. The red indicator(2) will turn on indicating that the instrument is in operation. Holding this instrument as a pen and carefully put it with its sensor(7) to the area of skin where the desired point is supposed to be and search for the point by slow motion.

When the point is found, you will be warned by a buzzer and the green indicator is on while the red indicator is off. Press button(5) to start the treatment, you may get a feeling of moving an aesthesia. Keep the treatment button(6) depressed for 30 seconds or as recommended. The optimum intensity could be adjusted by moving the slide control(1). If necessary, you may repeat this process for the case subject to more treatment.
